About Flagler Masjid
Flagler Masjid, also known as Masjid Miami, is one of the oldest masjids in Miami.
Our story since 1974
The masjid opened in 1974 near Flagler Street, which gave it the name most people know it by.
It is part of the Muslim Communities Association of South Florida, together with the Islamic Center of Greater Miami in Miami Gardens. The masjid holds the five daily prayers, Jumu'ah, Ramadan night prayers and both Eid prayers, and welcomes students and visitors who want to learn about Islam.

Nikah
Islamic marriage ceremonies with the Imam, at the masjid or at your venue.
Shahada
Take your shahada with the Imam and get support and a warm welcome as a new Muslim.
Janazah
Funeral prayer and burial. Arrangements are made through Bismrabbik Foundation, the Muslim Cemetery of South Florida.
